On 25 November 2025, Beijing EluciTx Biopharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. (合澄生物) was incorporated in Beijing.
The company focuses on anti-infective drug research and development. Working on the unmet clinical needs of drug-resistant, difficult-to-treat and recurrent bacterial and fungal infections, it is building an AI-enabled anti-infective discovery platform and studying combination regimens and dosing strategies built on approved drugs, in search of safer, more effective and more accessible treatment options.
