Clarity against complex infection.

以科学的澄明,应对感染的复杂

EluciTx is a research-driven biopharmaceutical company focused on anti-infectives. We work on the unmet clinical needs of drug-resistant, difficult-to-treat and recurrent bacterial and fungal infections, combining artificial intelligence with pharmaceutical science to explore safer, more effective and more accessible treatment options.

Unmet need

Infection is still an unsolved problem

Antimicrobial resistance is recognised by the World Health Organization as one of the leading threats to global public health. The burden of bacterial and fungal infections keeps rising while the number of treatment options grows slowly.

Resistance keeps rising

Carbapenem-resistant Gram-negative bacteria, azole-resistant Aspergillus and multidrug-resistant Candida auris are spreading worldwide, increasing the risk that first-line therapy fails.

Few drug classes to rely on

For decades, clinicians have had only a handful of systemic antifungal classes, and few antibacterials with genuinely new mechanisms have reached the clinic.

A narrow window for treatment

Delayed diagnosis, drug toxicity and interactions, and limits on dosing routes and tissue penetration leave high-risk patients caught between waiting for confirmation and treating empirically.
